HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

i had bunions and i got surgery(s) about one year ago. Until like one week ago my big toe on my left foot has been hurting. I think its a stitch that never dissolved. It feels like someone is picking me with a needle....it really hurts...Soo has anyone had this problem before? if so what did you do? Ill email you a photo if you'll like to see were it hurts.
