Tattoo parlors in Indiana who will ink a minor with parental consent?

I live by you and have had some work done at Main st. Tattoo in Hobart, nice work, good prices. I have been in there when a Dad was bringing in his daughter for some ink. Forget Tattoo lady. Sh!t work.
