What WoW private Servers have normal leveling and a PvE server?

Can someone Please tell me where i can find a World of Warcraft Private Server that has a NORMAL leveling rate with a PvE Server. i want to do test and actually see the story behind it. But all the servers are just BORING because they have you level quickly. So you cant make friends, you cant get weaponry, and you cant spending some time just finishing & relaxing. Just to have some time alone. I would like to run some old instances with a group. I cant even do that because there may be 40 of us that are low level but you level so fast you never see the low level instance.its BORING! Can someone help me on this?
