What do you do if you get payment after you stop working in a company? What Legal Issues are involved ?

Say you were working someplace and stopped working for 4 months and got into a new job. Since you are still on their payroll the former company pays you by mistake (! wooo !). So what do you do ? keep the money ? give it back ? what legal actions are related to it ?
