I've been getting swamped with this email, does anyone know who's sending them. What does this crap mean?

I'll let you in on somthing, every election republicans paint the democratic nominee as the second coming hitler who will tax you into debt and let a terrorist attack you on the way. Its called playing to peoples fears, theyre pretty good at it; especialy with less educated/informed people.
