Can i ride a 600cc on L plates with an exsperianced biker behind me im 25?

im 25 and have been riding my 125 for the last year, now looking for more power and decided to get myself a gsx 600. i plan on taking my test before christmas but i want to know if theres anyway i can ride it under supervision of a freind who has had his full motorbike licence for 30yrs + he would ride behind me on his..... is there any loop holes ect !?????
