Does anyone know if I can open up a MAC/Bobbi Brown franchise?

I am wanting to open up a cosmetics store and would love to be able to sell M.A.C or Bobbi Brown as we don't have these products in our area. Does anyone know who I would contact to find out the information to do this? Or is this possible at all?
