I'm confused about my best friend?

Okay so I'll try to explain this as best as possible. My best friend (Guy) whom I'm pretty close with is basically the only person I do anything with these days ( Had trouble with my girl best friend ect and we don't talk much anymore ) and recently me and my guy best friend have gotten really close. We go to the same school and I go over his house a lot and he comes over mine and all the things best friends would do. Anyway, when I had a fight with my girl best friend I talked to him about it and I was feeling really down. He offered to come over and I said I'll probably be in bed feeling like crap anyway and he said he'll spoon me while I talk to him about it in bed. At first I didn't think of it as anything gay because my Ex-gf did it with her best friend so I agreed to it thinking nothing of it. So anyway he came over and we layed in bed and i talked to him about it and stuff and it made me feel a lot better. We started falling asleep after and just layed there spooning and then I noticed he had an as I could feel it on my leg. I didn't know if I should say anything or not so I just kept to myself and moved over a bit and fell asleep. The next morning we got up and played xbox and whatever. From this day onward he sleeps in my bed every time he comes over and I don't mind since it's a rather large bed. I find it strange how he does this some what gay acts but he has ual relations with girls. Other things to take note of is that he sometimes s me, I don't know if he's doing it to be annoying or what, he also pokes/punches my groin area. I don't know if he's just doing it to annoy me or what. I've been thinking it's that " cool to be gay " thing going around these days to do mildly gay acts with your friends or if it's genuine gay acts. I'm just confused :\ Because I don't want to lead him on if they are genuine gay acts as I'm straight. Please help :O
