For $20 you can get a lot of makeup samples online from Egminerals. They have a huge selection of blushes and eye shadows and their samples and shipping rates are cheap. The samples go a long way and you'll get several uses out of each one. I know for bags mine were under $1.00. Another good place online where you can buy samples of eye shadows is Archetype makeup. Shipping is low with them too.
