If CHENEY was an AVERAGE income American citizen..how would be be paying for his medical insurance?

i am average and i pay my families way. i do without so that my family does not have to worry about it. we do not have cell phones, we have only basic cable, my cars are 13 and 16 years old, i quit drinking and smoking and do not eat out for any meal but breakfast once a week with my son. my wife has cancer that has become brain cancer. we have been taking treatment for 5 years. people have stopped making sound decisions for their family with the hopes that uncle sam will pay for it. most people lack priorities.
