Why is St Antony seen carrying infant Jesus in pictures and idols?

jesus lived , died and resurrected almost 250 years before the birth of St Antony and if someone say that he had seen a vision in which Jesus came as a child, that is somethin which cant be believd as though Jesus cant come as full grown..
