Will it erase all of my music?

On iTunes if I press "Manually Manage Music and Videos" will it erase all of my apps/music/videos. Because I have like 1,400 songs on my iPod. Oh, I'm at my grandma's house in Phx, AZ (where I don't live. I live in TX) &&& with me being here and not at my house with my labtop (where all my music is) I don't want it to erase all of my music and crap. Bcuz I use my iPod like everyday. So... What I'm asking here is, will it erase all of my crap?
