For the last few weeks, my body has been all twitchy, why?

This use to happen from time to time, only in my eyes. But now my legs, eyes, feet, face...almost everywhere is all twitchy tons of times of day. Why is that? No one sees it, but it's so disturbing. Am I getting sick or what? And I can't go get medicene, so no need in telling me about any medicenes that may help.
